Seth was born and raised in the Old Northside neighborhood in Indianapolis. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working downtown. When not assisting clients, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife Carissa and their 2-year-old daughter Quinn in their home in Indianapolis.

Sara Parker-Thoe

Sara realized her love of real estate at age 21, after her first home buying experience. She became a Realtor to help buyers and sellers navigate the process. Known for outstanding client service and staying in constant communication, she always has her clients best interests at heart.

Sara lives downtown in the Herron-Morton neighborhood with her husband John, their two boys, George & Oliver, and their dog Stella. She loves staying active, connecting with other moms, trying new restaurants, home improvements and spending time with family & friends.

John Karamanski

John Karamanski has been a participant and proponent of Real Estate ideas and stories for over 30 years. He has produced over 15 years of local Real Estate TV New. 25 years of continued Video story presentations. This means listening to thousands of stories and points of personal interest. Then telling the stories of Visionary Developers, Professional Builders, Creative Designers, Vendors and sub contractors, and Product producers for the home.

Garrett Mahaffey is an Indianapolis native with extensive experience in the Real Estate industry. For over 20 years he has bought, sold, and transformed countless properties in our beautiful Circle City. Professionally, his most fulfilling pursuit is transforming distressed properties into beautiful showpieces. Aside from real estate, his passions include snowboarding, travelling, and spending time with his family and 2 dogs. His academic studies have led him to Bozeman, Montana, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Indiana University. Garrett is fluent in Spanish and eager to help Spanish Speakers navigate the real estate market.
